Lina Chopra Haldar writes children’s books that weave math and storytelling together to spark kids’ curiosity and build their confidence as mathematical thinkers. She draws on 20+ years of experience in STEM education as a classroom teacher, researcher, evaluator, and curriculum developer, and she holds a Ph.D. in mathematics education from the University of California, Berkeley. She lives in Berkeley, California, with her husband, two children, and Elvis—their parti poodle and king of the pack.
