Tyler O’Reilly is a dead normal guy eking out a living servicing international production companies shooting their TV commercials in Cape Town. Driving home one lazy summer afternoon he witnesses the attempted murder of a pretty girl. The girl, Libby Garvey, is an undercover agent. She has stolen encoded DVDs that detail the operational plan to assassinate the Presidents of the United States and South Africa and overthrow the governments of both countries. He intervenes to help the wounded girl.
So begins the nightmare as O’Reilly and Garvey are sucked into a netherworld where two sociopathic secret organizations, working in tandem, pursue with utter ruthlessness an agenda that will lead to total geo-political power and control of the global financial system.
