World War II raged on not only a physical playing field but a metaphysical one as well. Astero and Magdiana are two cogs in the machine dreaming of returning the world to peaceful times. After orchestrating a jail break at a war camp, they find themselves stuck together as they march out of the war torn countryside on their way to neutral territory, but just when they get back to safety, a more dangerous mission sends them into the clutches of a demon and its summoner. If they succeed, it should turn the tides of war in their favor, and death is literally not an option since they keep coming back.
