When Rowan Turner catches her boyfriend cheating, she does what any other sofa-loving, city girl would do. She drunkenly books a solo walk in the Scottish Highlands, determined to prove that she can do it alone.

Only hiking comes with more challenges than Rowan expects – from aching feet and spitting rain to Angus Mackenzie, the sexy, surly Scotsman with arms like a lumberjack who’s less than pleased to find an English lass on his trail.
