It's love at first sight when an accidental meeting throws Sasha and Wesley together. But on their first date, this couple realizes they have little in common besides their love for each other; she's a romantic poet from Kennedy High; he's a military cadet of Leesburg Academy, Kennedy's archrival.

At first, new love makes it easy for Sasha and Wesley to ignore their differences. But Wesley is angry when Sasha insists they keep their romance a secret from her parents, who would disapprove, and Sasha can't understand Wesley's rigid code of honor. Even real love may not be enough to keep this relationship together.
