In the city of Hamington, masked vigilantes roam the streets.

Years of corruption and inaction from the local police force led a figure known as Hudson to start a movement of vigilante justice that has since overtaken the city. Local reporter Taylor Gardner has been tracking down Hudson for months, intent on blaming him for creating the environment that resulted in the death of a loved one during a vigilante shootout. But when Gardner is attacked by a violent outcast, he finds himself being dragged into Hamington’s dark history and is forced to decide whether to condemn or embrace the vigilante justice system that pervades the city.
