Deepesh is a Chartered Accountant from India and has worked in the insurance industry for nine years. His part-time passion is reading, writing and speaking about eating well, living well and developing good habits. He has authored three kindle books on topics ranging from losing weight, using daily mini habits to improve your health, wealth, happiness and success and creating more art. He is a member of Toastmasters club and has completed the Competent Communicator manual of Toastmasters International. He is a public speaker, a writer and a coach by hobby. He is deeply inspired by the Bhagavad Gita (India's Spiritual Book) and words of Mahatma Gandhi. He is interested in the science of habit development and he has devoted his life to practicing and teaching the essentials of living a healthy and balanced life, essential for achieving happiness. He dons many hats - an employee, a father, a son, a husband, a writer and a public speaker. He believes that when you take action on a daily basis your luck improves and success happens. In other words, it's your habits that help you live healthy, become wealthy, happy and successful, achieve your goals and live the life you've always wanted. He believes in consistency over quantity and in using systems (habits) over goals to succeed in life. He is a firm believer in the power of waking up before sunrise and practicing his morning rituals of working on your number one project, watching sunrise, walking or jogging, exercising, reading, writing, meditating, doing affirmations and visualisation and playing with his daughter. He firmly believes that Everyone is an Artist. We just need to switch from consuming more content to creating more content.
