Donna Shea, Founder of The Peter Pan Center for Social & Emotional Growth in Massachusetts, is a social-emotional learning specialist and accomplished social coach. Donna has a degree in Behavioral Science from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA. She also has certifications in Cognitive Behavioral Coaching, Positive Psychology, Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA), and Bullying Prevention.
Since founding the Peter Pan Center in 2002, Donna has worked to address the needs of families whose children are struggling with behavior and social challenges. Donna brings 32 years of life experience to her work as a parent of two sons with ADHD, Anxiety and Sensory Challenges. Her programs and services have won the Boston Family Favorite Award four times.
Donna is a consultant to schools, parent groups, and human service agencies. She is also a seasoned public speaker and travels to bring workshops and professional development seminars to groups and venues outside the local area.
Donna is co-author of the How To Make & Keep Friends Book Series and co-founder of the Social Success in School Initiative.
