I grew up on an Iowa farm. It was a good way to spend a childhood: unlimited freedom and all the fields, forests and streams I could wish for. My imagination ran as wild as I did.

Today, I live in a drafty old house in Iowa with my awesome husband and two amazing teen daughters. My passions change daily. One minute I'm into steampunk, the next I'm refinishing old furniture. But some things never change. I love God. I love writing. I love chocolate.
