Sara Besicher is a Swedish teacher turned author, born in 1983. She had her book debut in 2012 with Jag ska egentligen inte jobba här. Her second book, Det finns råttor överallt utom på Antarktis, came out in 2013.
When not busy writing books, Beischer still teaches Swedish and religion in the city of Halmstad. She is also a columnist, lecturer and ambassador for Ung Berättare.
