Katherina Ushachov was born in Odessa in 1990. For twenty years (1997 - 2017) she has been living in various parts of Germany. After acquiring her Master of Arts diploma in "World Literature" she moved to rural Vorarlberg, Austria.
Ever since her childhood, she feels welcome in the network of various genres of the fantastic realm, writing dystopian fiction, fairy tale adaptations and historical vampire novels with equal passion.
Katherina Ushachov writes postings for various blogs, loves drawing and playing ancient games with her Gameboy. She works as a copy-editor, claiming that she roots for the books of her clients like she would for her own.
