Ronit Redlich is an Israeli known writer. She wrote six books; two children's books, two books about adoption, a short stories book and a poetry book.
Ronit received two awards from the Israeli Ministry of Education for two of her books.
Ronit has M.Ed's degree in special education; she is expert in learning disabilities assessments; she has a vast experience in special education, and she facilitates adoptive parents groups according to Adler method. In the last thirty years, Ronit has been working with children with special needs, and she supervises staffs that work with those children.
Ronit and her husband adopted three children from three different places in the world. Therefore, as a writer and an expert in education, Ronit has a special unique point of view on the challenges that the adoptive families have to face with.
Ronit's books are:
1. "Long Travel ended" - honestly sensitively chronicles the moments when adopted three children and the moments that preceded them. The book was published in 2010
2. "Grand moms' Tales" - a collection of short stories about childhood and memories from Jerusalem. The book was published in 2012
3. "The Square Kingdom" - a children's book with a social message for different. The book was published in 2009. The book was translated into English under the name "The King Who Thinks Outside the Square" and you can buy it on Amazon.
4. "Dance with Words" - a book of poetry. It was published in 2008.
5. "Our Curious Clucking Chicken" - Toddler book published at 2014 published on Amazon as a Kindle edition.
6. "A Practical Guide for Adoptive Parents", published on 2014 simultaneously in English and Hebrew. Currently available only as a digital version
