Eric James lives in the South of England, with his beautiful family. He’s a children’s author, word tickler and champion asparagus thrower.

His rhyming books include "A Halloween Scare" (over 70 location-specific variations), "Santa's Sleigh is on its Way" (over 100 location-specific variations) and the UK version of "My First Santa" (but not the US book of the same name)

As penance for what clearly must have been a very wicked past life, Eric spent 12 years as a programmer before a well-timed midlife crisis caused him to quit his job and move to southern Thailand with his partner and their 10 month old son. Shortly after the tsunami scare of 2012, they moved north to Chiang Mai, where Eric resolved become a published author.
